Exhibitor registration deadline: 18 November 2016

We would like to invite you to take part and present your institution in the “Study in Europe Webinar Series Russia”. The Webinar Series Russia is the second virtual event in the framework of the “Study in Europe” project (see below for details). A webinar (web-based seminar) is a time and cost-effective way of getting into direct, real-time contact with your target groups by means of personal online communication via chat and voice functions. A webinar series offers information sessions, each consisting of an online presentation and a question and answer-slot.

The DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) in Germany and Russia will be organizing and moderating these webinars.

How does it work?

Every participating institution will be able to hold an online-presentation (powerpoint slides) which will be shown via screen-sharing to a Russian audience.
After the presentation the audience can ask direct questions via chat and / or voice function. European higher education institutions and national higher education promotion agencies / embassies will have the opportunity to interact with the Russian audience on two levels:

  1. On cooperation initiatives:
Here, you can exchange ideas about institutional cooperation initiatives between your institution and Russian higher education institutions, look for institutional partners for cooperation (e.g. for Erasmus+), extend your institutional network etc. Target groups are staff (academic, management) of Russian higher education institutions.

  2. On international study and research programmes, exchange opportunities and scholarships
Here, you can promote your short-term study courses and exchange programmes, Bachelor's, Master's and doctoral programmes, opportunities for young researchers, as well as funding options. Courses offered should preferably be taught in English or Russian.

For the event you will be provided with a webinar tool and a moderator who will organize the webinar and the Q&A session after the presentation. You will get a webinar instruction beforehand. After the event you will receive a list of all registered contacts for follow-ups and a recording for further use.

The Study in Europe Webinar Series is taking place as part of the 'Study in Europe' project, contracted by the European Commission, Directorate General for Education and Culture for the European Union.
