Study in Europe Virtual Fair 2025: STEM is a unique opportunity for European universities and national agencies to connect with a global audience of talented students, their parents, and young professionals considering higher education in the European Union.

The Fair is a one-day online event focused primarily on STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), and will bring together up to 50 universities and agencies with prospective students from all over the world.

The platform will be live for 24 hours and will feature two rounds of interactive 2-hour live sessions – in the morning and in the evening (CET) – ensuring maximum accessibility across time zones.

Why participate?

Showcase your institution to a global audience. The virtual fair (held in English) will give you the opportunity to promote your country, your institution and your study programmes to motivated international students.
Meaningful engagement with participants – engage through your own virtual booth, live chat and other interactive activities.
Position your institution as a destination of choice for STEM-focused study abroad.
Build networks and partnerships with other universities and national agencies.

All institutions accredited by national agencies and national agencies are welcome to register.

The participation fee is 600 €.

An institutional event will be held on Monday, December 8th as part of the programme, and attendance is included in the participation fee. All exhibitors are invited to take part in this session, which will highlight STEM as a strategic pillar in the EU’s education and skills policy and explore opportunities for global partnerships through Erasmus+ and beyond.
