Study in Europe – APAIE Conference and Exhibition 2026

Study in Europe invites national promotion agencies to exhibit as part of the Study in Europe booth at the APAIE Conference and Exhibition.

As exhibitor at the Study in Europe booth at APAIE you can:
• increase the visibility of your country as a study and research destination.
• make use of the booth consultation area for your own meetings and appointments.

This includes:
• individual time slots at the consultation tables with branded table display;
• the opportunity to give a country presentation;

This opportunity is open to all national promotion agencies from the Erasmus+ programme countries that do not have a national booth at the exhibition.
National agencies that already have their own national booth at the exhibition will be welcomed to deliver a country presentation at the “Study in Europe” booth (a registration link will be shared shortly.)

Participation in the Study in Europe booth is free of charge. However, representatives of national agencies are kindly asked to pay their own registration, travel and accommodation costs, as costs for travel, accommodation, and daily allowances cannot be reimbursed.
