The Study in Europe Fair, 23 and 24 September 2016, enables Peruvian students, academics and other audiences to find out about European higher education opportunities.

The fair will be open to European Higher Education Institutions and national higher education promotion agencies or embassies of the Erasmus+ programme countries.

The Study in Europe Fair is part of the "Study in Europe" project, and in such a way initiated and funded by the European Commission, Directorate General for Education and Culture for the European Union.

The Study in Europe Fair Peru will be organised back-to-back with the Study in Europe Fair in Quito, Ecuador.

Exhibitor participation fee for national promotion agencies/embassies: No fee

Participation and registration

To be eligible to participate in the fair, exhibitors must:

be a higher education institution recognised by the competent national authority, an official consortium of recognised higher education institutions or a national governmental agency in charge of higher education promotion (governmental agencies may be represented by their embassy in the country where the event is taking place);
have their headquarters in one of the Erasmus+ programme countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Finland, France, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia, Turkey and the United Kingdom);
deliver higher education degrees recognised by the competent national authority (if the institution is a higher education institution or an official consortium of higher education institutions);
in all cases eligible exhibitors must promote higher education to be delivered in one of the Erasmus+ programme countries (International campuses of European higher education institutions based outside of Europe are not eligible if promoting their international campus);
international campuses of higher education institutions of Erasmus+ countries may be eligible if they are based in the country where the fair is taking place.

Please note, we expect to receive more applications than there are places available. Registering is not a guarantee of a place. We will review applications and confirm places as soon as we can after the registration deadline has ended.
