The Study in Europe Fair Ecuador took place on 21 September 2016.
Exhibiting at the Fair is open to European higher education institutions and national higher education promotion agencies/embassies from the Erasmus+ programme countries. The Study in Europe Fair enables Ecuatorian students, academics and other audiences to find out about European higher education opportunities.

Study in Europe Fair Ecuador
21 September 2016, Quito
Participation fees: 600 EUR (plus 20% VAT where applicable)
The fee includes:
- A standard booth;
- Basic furniture and facilities;
- One entry in the fair leaflet.
In order to be eligible to exhibit at any of the Events, the institutions must:
- be a higher education institution recognised by the competent national authority, an official consortium of recognised higher education institutions or a national governmental agency in charge of higher education promotion (governmental agencies may be represented by their embassy in the country where the event is taking place);
- have their headquarter in one of the Erasmus+ programme countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Finland, France, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia, Turkey and United Kingdom);
- deliver higher education degrees recognized by the competent national authority (if the institution is a higher education institution or an official consortium of higher education institutions).

In all cases eligible exhibitors must promote higher education to be delivered in one of the Erasmus+ programme countries (International campuses of European higher education institutions based outside of Europe are not eligible if promoting their international campus). International campuses of higher education institutions of Erasmus+ countries may be eligible if they are based in the country where the fair is taking place.
Registration must be done online.
