Your personal data are processed by CAMPUS FRANCE to (i) ensure your registration to the Study in Europe Fair Brazil, (ii) send you mailing of useful information to participants about the Study in Europe Fair Brazil, before, during and after the event, (iii) make monitoring and statistics, (iv) contact you later to invite you to participate in the next Study in Europe fairs, (v) meet our legal obligations and ensure our defense in court if necessary. The information with an * are mandatory, otherwise your registration cannot be taken into account.
The processing of your personal data is based (i) on the execution of a contract, i.e. the general terms of use, to respond to your requests and manage your registration and participation to the Study in Europe Fair Brazil, (ii) on CAMPUS FRANCE's legitimate interest in sending you communications on similar events, ensuring the running of the Platform and defending its rights and (iii) where applicable, on CAMPUS FRANCE's legal obligations. Your Data may also be processed by the participating institutions, which act in this capacity as data controllers.
CAMPUS FRANCE only communicates your personal data to authorized and determined recipients: CAMPUS FRANCE's internal departments in charge of such processing, CAMPUS FRANCE's technical service providers, service providers in charge of the organization of the Fair, as well as all persons viewing the materials reproducing your image/voice if you have consent. When your personal data is transferred outside the European Union, CAMPUS FRANCE ensures that the recipients have appropriate guarantees. Campus France will keep your personal data only for the period necessary for the operations for which they were collected and in compliance with applicable legislation. CAMPUS FRANCE will keep your personal data:
on an active basis for 1 year after the end of the Fair and may then be kept in an archive until the end of Study in Europe project (December 2023);
for the time of the authorization to exploit your image/voice plus a period of one (1) year, in order to defend its rights and interests.
You have rights over your personal data. Thus, you have, at any time and within the legal limits, the right to ask Campus France for access to your personal data, the rectification or deletion thereof, the right to limit the processing thereof, the right to object to such processing as well as the right to request the portability of the personal data. You also have the right to define directives concerning the fate of your personal data after your death.
